Need clarification or have ideas to discuss before scheduling the service? Schedule a consultation to begin.
Consultations will be done via zoom or phonecall, not in person. Please respond to email immediately after selecting your date and time, if the consultation is confirmed.
SERVICE MUST BE BOOKED NO LATER THAN (5) DAYS AFTER CONSULTATION TO DEDUCT REPLACEMENT:
Consultations can be deducted from orders $500 or more, custom packages and/or website packages. The invoice will be sent following the client’s consultation and if not fulfilled within its timeframe, the consultation is forfeited.
If client chooses to replace the consultation service, the complimentary consultation with said services is forefeited.
If services are not booked within 5 days after the consultation, the consultation fee will not be deducted from the total order cost.
RETURNS POLICY
All purchases are not eligible for refunds unless designer is at fault and contract is breached. Buyer's remorse is not eligible for a refund.
