Refund policy
HotGirlGraphics Policy:
Payment: Full payment must be relinquished to Hot Girl Graphics before a project is started. Partial payment and deposits are NOT accepted. All orders must be placed within the site.
ID Verification: ALL ORDERS must complete the ID verification if prompted once their purchase is complete. New customers will only have to do this once. Hot Girl Graphics can not see any information inputted into the system. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Refund: Any and all payment is nonrefundable. Buyer's remorse is not a viable or acceptable reason for reason for refunds. Project abandonment of any kind is not a viable or accepted reason for refund.
Updates: Updates about booked services are relinquished at the creator's disposal not at the customer's request. Updates will be delivered via email, no updates will be given through Facebook messenger or Instagram DM or text message.
Revisions: Once the service is completed:
eFlyer/Custom Content: 3 revisions are permitted. Each change after that incurs an additional fee.
Web Design: 48 hours to request revisions upon receipt of draft. Each draft, receives up to (3) rounds of revisions.
Logo: Out of the 3 versions, the selected one (1) is permitted (3) major revisions, each revision after that will incur an additional fee. If none of the presented options are selected, revisions are only to happen after inspiration is relayed. Up to 2 rounds of concepts are to be delivered. If a third and final round is to be relayed, the invoice must be fulfilled prior to.
Product/Packaging Design: 2 revisions are permitted. Inspiration is to be relayed before changes occur. Each change after that incurs an additional fee.
Revision Bounds include: Any additions or verbiage change counts as a revision within your free revision bounds. Adding a texture or background/pattern that wouldn't alter the layout of the design does not count as a revision. If a complete rework is requested, inspiration must be relinquished to the designer prior to receiving proofs and a rework fee will be issued to the client.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be made up to 7 business days before expected delivery date. However, no payment will be refunded.
Portfolio Credit: As the designer, I reserve all rights to add the completed projects to my portfolio. Reserving these rights allow me to post any completed work on all social media avenues. If you're brand is launching discreetly, please let me know so we can accommodate. If legally binding privacy is required, Hot Girl Graphics must sign a legally binding document to ensure privacy.
Design Form: The design form must be completed after the order is placed, After 48 hours, if the form is not completed, you will receive (1) reminder email.
Turnaround Time: Please upload information within a 2 business day period to ensure service completion within your promised time frame. Your service creation date starts after all information is delivered to your design form or drive link/email NOT when you make your purchase. Please use your checklist to ensure all required information is relinquished. Please see the description of purchased service for turnaround time window.
Photo Policy: Professional and high quality pictures are REQUIRED and preferred. Please refrain from the use of Snapchat filtered, dull cell phone, low resolution, photos with words on them, or harshly edited photos as they WILL NOT be used. Please limit the use of vendor photos since they do discredit and look less professional. If AI images are requested to be used, please submit for approval before confirming. Hot Girl Graphics does reserve the right to NOT USE AI IMAGE CREATIONS.
Copyright: Please make sure that all photos/logo images are not subject to copyright and patent infringement. If they are, the designer reserves the right to not use them.
Rush Fees: If you would like your service delivery expedited, a rush fee package will need to be purchased along with your service. If the rush fee is not added on, the standard turnaround time will still be enforced.
Additional Fees: All subscription fees and domain purchases are to the responsibility of the client not Hot Girl Graphics.
Ghosting Policy: If the designer CAN NOT make contact with you for up to [5 business] days after purchase, your service will be closed and no refunds will be issued.
If the designer CAN NOT make contact with you during the information request/consultation phase including an incomplete design form of a project for up to [7 days] after purchase date and order form is additionally delivered, there is a reopening retainer based on project total (35%) that must be paid prior to the reopening of service.
If there is no communication up to [10 days] after drafts/previews are sent, the current designs will be sent with no changes resulting in a FORCE FINALIZATION and CLOSING OF SERVICE with no payment refunded.
The communication includes an incomplete design form, information delay, product or photoshoot delays, etc. To avoid implementing this cause and delay, please book requested services when all information is readily available to complete your design in the alotted turnaround window.
This clause is only valid for up to 1 year after purchase date of service. If after 1 year of purchase date, service must be repurchased and completed within the turnaround business window.
Reopening Retainer: If your service is closed due to our ghosting clause, a reopening retainer of 35% of service total must be paid prior to reopening the service. This retainer is to secure your spot as a client and to continue your service until completed.
This retainer is only available for (3) business days after requesting the service be reopened. When retainer is secured, the design form must be completed within 3-4 business days, the ghosting clause will not be in effect after reopening, the service will be forcefully finalized.
If a chargeback is filed with this order, the client will be banned from working with Hot Girl Graphics on any branding and design projects. The reopening retainer will not be available to any clients that issued a chargeback.

Open Projects: All purchased projects will remain open for the assigned turnaround time after initial purchase. Communication with the designer via design form MUST ensue before the turnaround time has elapsed if information is to be relinquished after the purchased turnaround time. No communication with the designer via design form or information email will result in the Ghosting Policy being enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY ORDER.
Design Asset Relinquishment: All original designs upon approval will only be retained for 5 business days by the designer after relinquishment. Upon relinquishment, any edits or revisions will incur a reopening fee that must be paid before any changes made. Any deliverables are not to be replicated, duplicated or manipulated by anyone OTHER than Hot Girl Graphics.
Closing of Service: All closing of services will be notated via email. When designs are complete, the customer must complete the Design Asset Relinquishment form before receiving designs. If order is closed from the Communication, Ghosting or Open Project clause. The invoice must be paid prior to reopening the service.
Chargebacks: If a chargeback is issued from a client to Hot Girl Graphics during the design process and after closing. All files issued to the client will be revoked and the client will lose access to the designs immediately. Please note that all communication with the client will be used to rebuttal said chargeback and the client will immediately lose all contact with Hot Girl Graphics and banned from all future bookings.
