Need clarification or have ideas to discuss before scheduling the service? Schedule a consultation to begin.
Consultations will be done via zoom or phonecall. Please respond to email immediately after selecting your date and time, if the consultation is confirmed.
SERVICE MUST BE BOOKED TO INVOKE DEDUCTION:
Consultations can be deducted from orders $350 or more, custom packages and website packages. The invoice will be sent following the client’s consultation and if not fulfilled within its timeframe, the deduction is forfeited.
If client chooses to deduct the consultation pricing, the complimentary consultation with said services is forefeited.
RETURNS POLICY
All purchases are not eligible for refunds unless designer is at fault and contract is breached. Buyer's remorse is not eligible for a refund.
